Policies & Rates for Somatics Sessions

All services are payable when rendered. Payment may be made by cash, check or credit card. Please make checks payable to Jade Forest or John Loupos. Allow 1 hr for sessions, though some sessions entail less time. Please plan to arrive punctually so as not to encroach on other clients’ time. Wear loose comfortable clothing (no tight jeans or constricting clothing), and be prepared to remove all shoes, jewelry, belts or restricting apparel, and pocket items. Clients remain fully clothed at all times. Thank you.

First sessions are $110 (includes a complimentary copy of the Somatics book). Subsequent sessions are $100. Jade Forest active students and immediate family members may deduct $10 per session.

Cancellation Policy

Short notice cancellations deprive other clients of the opportunity to schedule into the empty spot. Mon - Fri cancellations must be received at least 24 hours in advance Appts for Sat/ Sun require 36 hrs notice. Short notice cancellations will be billed at the full rate.

If you need to cancel please extend the courtesy of notice as far in advance as possible. Messages may be left on the answering machine (781-383-6822), Box #3. E-mail is less reliable due to delays or service interruptions and should only be regarded as confirmed once you receive a ‘cancellation confirmed’ response.
